As an historic preservation planner with Baltimore City's Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) I conduct design review, administer the City's Tax Credit for Historic Rehabilitation, and contribute to activities with the Planning Department. I have a background in architecture, that led to previous work at the National Park Service and as a private preservation consultant. I am interested in preservation, largely in the form or adaptive reuse, as a tool to assist with the larger goal of community revitalization.
