I am an historic preservation planner with Baltimore City's Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP), where I conduct design review, historical research and designations, and contribute to other planning activities. CHAP partners with a variety of agencies, organizations, and communities to preserve and celebrate the City. I have a professional background in public archaeology and preservation. I also teach in the Public History department at Stevenson University, and serve on the board of the non-profit Friends of Maryland's Olmsted Parks and Landscapes. I am committed to using preservation and public history as tools for community empowerment, revitalization, and city planning.
